    Initial sessions involve a posture analysis, goal setting and education in the basic principles of the mindful movements of the Pilates Method® or JOGA® Method.  A program will be designed to meet your needs and accommodate any limitations or weaknesses that you may have.   

Down the road modifications can be made to increase the challenge and improve to new goals!  We'll introduce props like-toning balls, flex bands, BOSU® balls, fitness circles or try the REFORMER!

Private Sessions 60min Charge:  $60/each

Extended Bulk Purchases:  5-8 sessions $55/each,   9-15 sessions $50/eachPrivate 

Session 45min Charge:   $45.00/each

Semi Private : $32.50/person hr (all are 60min due to time it takes with multiple clients)

                       Adding  in the Reformer 

Reformer sessions provide an added challenge to your workout with the addition of spring resistance.  Suitable for all types of clients: athletes, rehab recipients, the active aging, and regular fitness enthusiasts. Pilates is excellent for runners and swimmers alike, combining stretching and strengthening for those sport specific muscle groups!  A complete body workout along with incorporated stretching and intense abdominal strengthening all on one apparatus.


Clients must have a working knowledge of the principles of the STOTT PILATES
® Method and have completed a private mat session.

Sessions are catered to individual needs and preferences for the workout.  Breaking the session into a balanced workout of Matwork incorporates selected exercises that give an intense focus on abdominals and back, while the Reformer component adds a refreshing and challenging way to recruit your entire body!
